RC Cloud gives you the Chief of Staff — a personal AI that knows how you think, with persistent memory and session continuity. RC Executive adds a coordinated team of specialized agents plus desktop access. RC Enterprise adds multi-user deployment, admin dashboard, and team agent coordination. Consulting add-ons are available at any tier.
What's the difference between Cloud and Desktop access?
RC Cloud gives you the full cognitive architecture in your browser — your Chief of Staff, persistent memory, session continuity, and API-connected integrations (Google Workspace, calendar, email). RC Executive adds desktop access with local Mac integrations: iMessage, Apple Notes, Contacts, browser automation, and local file processing. Cloud is access from anywhere. Desktop is deep integration with your machine.
Do I need a separate AI subscription?
No. AI is included in every RC subscription. You choose from 6 models across three providers — Claude, GPT, and Gemini — directly from the interface. No separate API key or AI subscription required.
What happens if I outgrow my tier?
Upgrade anytime. Your session history, memory, handoffs, and customizations carry forward. Upgrading from Cloud to Executive adds the executive team agents and desktop access to your existing system — nothing is lost.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contracts for Cloud or Executive. Cancel anytime and your data is yours — you can export your CLAUDE.md, session history, and context files. Enterprise engagements have a 90-day minimum to allow for proper architecture build and evaluation.
What does "founding member" mean?
The first 20 RC Cloud users pay $97/mo locked for life — even when the standard price reaches $197/mo. Founders also get a one-time group session with the founder, optional listing on the Founding Members page, and input on feature priorities.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 7 days, 10 sessions, full access, no charge. Card required at signup. If the system isn't for you, cancel before your trial ends and you won't be billed. After the trial, there's also a 30-day guarantee — if it's not working, we pause billing until it does.
